Behavioral Individual Care Nurse

Behavioral Individual Care Nurse:

Caring and CompassionateLicensed Practical Nurse orRegistered Nurse to provide nursing care for a female child with our School Pediatric Individual Nursing Care team.

Nursing duties include Monitoring Behaviors including redirect behaviors, Monitoring for Seizures, and Administering medication.

Hours are 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM;Monday - Friday on school days located in Charlotte, NC 28203

Hourly Pay: LPN-$32.50 / RN-$38.25

Job Requirements:

• LPN Experience: One year of LPN experience within the last 3 years
• RN Experience: One year or RN experience within the last 3 years or previous LPN experience of 1 year within the last 3 years
• Must have G-Tube experience (mickey button)
• Must have Trach experience
• Must complete online Trach assessment
• Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
