Behavioral Health Technician SupervisorLead with compassion and accountability as a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor. Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p, on call regularly, may have to cover shift coverage if necessary.Join a mission-driven team committed to supporting individuals on their path to recovery. As a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor (Internal Title: Addiction Recovery Technician Supervisor) you'll provide vital leadership within our substance use recovery programs—supervising a team of Behavioral Health Technicians (Internal Title: Addiction Recovery Technicians), overseeing daily program operations, and ensuring the safety and well-being of those we serve. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position working Monday–Friday, days.Some evening, night, or weekend coverage may occasionally be required to support program needs.This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about recovery-focused care, excels in team leadership, and brings a steady, organized presence to a structured treatment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise, train, and develop Addiction Recovery Technicians across all shiftsRequest job openings, coordinate hiring with recruitment staff, and onboard new hiresEnsure technician staff documentation is accurate, timely, and aligned with agency policiesReview and manage work schedules and timesheetsLead monthly team meetings and in-service trainingsSupport and participate in annual staff performance reviewsCollaborate closely with clinical staff to coordinate treatment efforts and maintain continuity of careSupport the development and oversight of the program's admission tracking systemMaintain unit files and essential records: shift logs, admission logs, group logs, safety drills, and moreProvide clinical guidance to technicians and oversee day-to-day operations of the unitEnsure safety, structure, and consistency in a recovery-focused settingCommunicate with outside agencies, probation/parole officers, and outpatient providers as neededProvide direct care support and assist clients with transportation as clinically indicatedServe as point of leadership in the absence of Program Director or counseling staffPerform all essential functions of an Addiction Recovery Technician, when necessaryRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise• High School diploma or GED requiredWork Experience / Training / Additional Requirements:• A valid, unrestricted driver's license at time of hire • Must obtain and maintain a Class E Missouri driver's license within 60 days of hireAbout Compass Health NetworkCompass Health Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering accessible, high-quality care throughout Missouri.
