Behavioral Health RN: Medication Mgmt & Care Coord

Innova Recovery Center seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to coordinate nursing services and oversee the medication administration program across locations. Nursing assessments, medication management, psychiatric coordination, and education are core responsibilities to ensure safe care.

The role requires Texas licensure, CPR, and preferred behavioral health experience. You will supervise CNAs/DCTs, maintain EMR, and participate in QA and regulatory activities.
