To support individuals with behavioral and mental health needs, the full-time salaried Behavioral Health RN Case Manager will deliver case management services remotely, collaborating with healthcare providers and utilizing clinical expertise to assess, plan, and coordinate care for members covered by group health plans. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and manage care for members with behavioral health and neurodevelopmental disorder diagnoses Utilize clinical knowledge to provide educational resources and support to members regarding their diagnoses and treatment plans Document case management processes and outcomes accurately using assigned software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations Required qualifications Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or nursing school; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred 3+ years of experience working with Behavioral/Mental Health patients or programs 1+ years of experience in Case Management, discharge planning, or managed care Experience with Utilization Management and working in a URAC accredited Case Management program Current, active, and unrestricted compact Registered Nurse license; Certified Case Manager (CCM) Certificate preferred
