To support rural health transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Behavioral Health Research Associate will conduct complex statistical analyses, manage evaluation projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve behavioral and mental health programs. Key responsibilities: Design and oversee quantitative and mixed methods studies to evaluate health initiatives and their impact on outcomes Lead data collection efforts and statistical analyses, ensuring data quality and integrity Prepare client-ready reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and insights Required qualifications: Master's Degree in public health, epidemiology, economics, sociology, or a related field At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in statistical analysis and evaluation Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, Python, or SQL Experience with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) data analysis Ability to attain a Public Trust Clearance
