Behavioral Health Intake Representative

To support the mission of enhancing accessibility to behavioral health services, the full-time Intake Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls, conduct initial screenings, and provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, conducting initial screenings and assessments to gather vital information Provide compassionate support to individuals in crisis, offering appropriate resources and referrals Utilize knowledge of behavioral health programs to guide clients to the right level of care Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred) 1-2 years of call center or customer service experience, ideally in behavioral health or healthcare Familiarity with behavioral health terminology and available community resources Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
