Charlie Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Group Facilitator to lead engaging, evidence-based virtual groups for adolescents and young adults enrolled in our IOP and PHP programs. In this role, you will deliver structured group sessions aligned with individualized treatment plans, support client safety through ongoing risk and needs assessment, and collaborate closely with therapists, psychiatrists, and family providers. You will document progress in our EHR, use data to refine care, and contribute to an inclusive, trauma-informed environment that advances our mission to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare nationwide.
