Behavioral Health Case Manager
Pay: $25-45/hr based on specialty and setting. Schedule: Flexible. Employment type: W-2 part-time (1099 placement available). Location: In-person community-based work across Atlanta, GA and surrounding region.
About the Role
The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) places Behavioral Health Case Managers into CMHCs, FQHCs, IDD agencies, and community-based mental health programs across the Southeast. Case managers coordinate services across treatment teams, navigate benefits and resources, and advocate for clients.
Who We Want
Behavioral health case managers with at least 1 year experience in community mental health, substance use treatment, IDD services, or comparable BH/HHS field. Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred. QMHP or comparable state credential a plus.
What You Would Do
- Coordinate care across treatment teams (therapy, psychiatry, primary care)
- Help clients access benefits (Medicaid, SNAP, housing, transportation)
- Build and update treatment plans
- Advocate for clients with external systems
- Maintain documentation per state regs and HIPAA
