Behavioral Health Admissions Manager

The BridgeWay is seeking an Intake Manager to ensure smooth admissions and oversee the admission process. You will handle inquiry calls, assess patients for admission, and coordinate referrals and shift tasks under the Director of Intake.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure in Arkansas or a relevant master’s degree, plus CPR and Handle with Care certifications. The role requires leadership, data-informed decision making, and strong communication with patients and staff.
