We seek a full-time BCBA – Behavioral Analyst to develop and implement behavioral plans, provide therapy, and support participants with complex injuries and challenges.
- Perform behavioral therapy, focusing on daily living skills, behavior management, and social skills.
- Collaborate with teams, families, and stakeholders to ensure effective treatment and progress reports.
- Train staff and supervise interns, ensuring adherence to ethical and accreditation standards.
- Participate in treatment planning, research projects, and community-based programming.
- Travel as needed and maintain documentation in a timely manner.
Requirements include a Master’s in psychology or related field, one year of experience with special populations, and preferred BCBA certification.
