We are looking to add a Behavior Technician to our team that is passionate about helping children learn and grow. The Behavior Technician will be working under the direction and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).We have found that the most successful team members are able to commit at least a year to learning and growing with us, are reliable, resilient, and active problem solvers.The ideal candidate will be both self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with our team.

We provide early intervention behavioral health services, using the principles of applied behavior analysis, for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodiverse profiles, 1:1, in our center-based clinic in White River Junction, Vermont.Starting hourly pay is based on education, experience, and time worked under the supervision of a BCBA after an initial onboarding and training period. Then, you are placed on our payscale and are part of our regular performance evaluation and growth and development processes.We provide services Monday-Friday, year round.Minimum starting hourly wage ranges from $ per hour, depending on level of education, experience working under a BCBA, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification status.High school diploma rate is $20.00A.A.
