Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to using evidence-based methods to address mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.

Position: ABA Technician 

As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  Implement individualized service plans (ISPs)

  n

• n

  Conduct ABA therapy sessions

  n
n
• n

  Build positive relationships with clients and their families

  n
n
• n

  Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services

  n
n
• n

  Provide support and resources to clients and their families

  n
n

Qualifications:

n
• n

  High school diploma required; college degree preferred

  n
n
• n

  Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus

  n
n
• n

  At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities

  n
n
• n

  Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others

  n
n
• n

  Effective communication skills

  n
n
• n

  Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week.

• n

  Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  n
n
