- Implementing individualized skill-building programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) n
- Collecting behavioral data every session to track progress n
- Working with clients through structured activities and play n
- Communicating with your clinical team and the families you serve n
- Keeping your therapy space clean and organized n
****What we need from you

High school diploma or equivalent

18+ years old
n -
Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)
n -
Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM
n -
Completion of CA LiveScan and background check
n -
Cleared TB test and completed immunizations
n -
Able to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs
n -
RBT certification (we'll cover training and certification if you don't have it)
n -
Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities
n
Compensation and benefits

- $23–$30/hr depending on experience n
- Paid RBT certification training n
- Paid drive time and mileage between clients n
- Benefits starting at 25 hrs/week n
- Career path: RBT → Program Manager → BCBA → Mentoring BCBA n
- No evenings or weekends — sessions end by 6:30 PM n
