Lighthouse CH is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide Christ-centered, evidence-based behavioral support to children and families in Delray Beach. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, using ABA strategies to teach skills, encourage positive behavior, and reduce challenging behaviors. You’ll collect accurate data, collaborate closely with supervisors and caregivers, and help create a safe, nurturing environment.
