Working under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst, you'll help implement treatment plans and coach caregivers to support skill development and positive behavior in everyday environments.Responsibilities Include:Provide direct ABA-based instruction and behavior supports to enrolled youthImplement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior AnalystCoach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goalsMonitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goalParticipate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetingsMaintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teamsComplete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progressMaintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standardsWho You Are:High School Degree with at least one year's experience working with childrenStrong communication skills and a desire to support othersKnowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred)Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with familiesValid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)Must be 21 years or olderWe Hire for HEART!Since 1938, BHN has delivered high-quality, culturally responsive behavioral health care, building deep roots in Western Massachusetts while expanding our impact in communities throughout the state.
