Pay, Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive pay:
  • $27.00–$27.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
  • Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 24.0 for each billable client hour worked
  • 17.50/hour paid for all non‑billable training and administrative time
  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
  • Fully paid training — no experiencerequired

  • Progress throughRBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
  • Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
  • Hours are not guaranteed

WhatYou’llDo

  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism
  • Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients
  • Collect and record data to track client progress
  • Provide written and verbal updatesregardingtreatment goals and progress
  • Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
  • Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
  • Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

WhatWe’reLooking For

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability tolift upto 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floorfrequently
  • Passion for helping children and families
  • Strong communicationand teamwork skills
