Behavioral Therapist

Help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills through one-to-one ABA services. At Patterns Behavioral Services, you'll work under the supervision of a BCBA and support an assigned caseload of families.

What you'll do:

• Follow individualized treatment plans during one-to-one sessions.
• Teach skills through structured activities and play.
• Record accurate data so the clinical team can track each client's progress.
• Communicate with your BCBA, team members, and families.
• Attend scheduled sessions, meetings, and training.

What we're looking for:

• An interest in working with children and young adults.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow an individualized treatment plan.
• Reliable attendance for assigned sessions.
• Experience in childcare, education, ABA, or direct support is welcome.
