About the Role:

DreamCatchers LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Denham Springs, LA. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering evidence-based behavioral support and intervention. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA

Collect accurate behavioral data and document session progress in a timely manner

Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings

Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams to support client goals

Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment for clients during sessions

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

Prior experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges preferred

RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and positive demeanor

Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and take direction from supervising BCBAs

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in and around Denham Springs, LA

Must pass a background check and meet any applicable state requirements
