Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or other developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

n
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
n
• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home, clinic, or community settings
n
• Collect and record data on observable client behavior
n
• Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
n
• Collaborate with the supervisory team to ensure client progress
n
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information
n

Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

n
• Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities
n
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
n
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
n
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals
n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
n
• Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
n
• Background in social work, special education, or behavioral health is a plus
n
• Patient care experience is beneficial
n

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

• MUST BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 12:00 PM AND 8:00 PM, WITH SHIFTS SCHEDULED FROM 12:00–4:00 PM OR 4:00–8:00 PM BASED ON OPERATIONAL NEEDS. * • Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM • Weekends as needed
