As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Responsibilities: • Track and record data on each child’s progress using our electronic system. • Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills. • Communicate effectively with families and team members. • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. Qualifications: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required. • Active, hands-on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information. • Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment. Compensation: $18 hourly to start
