Description
At INSPIRE Autism, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and shine - and every team member deserves a workplace that inspires joy, balance, and purpose. As a Behavior Technician, you'll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment.
Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child's progress. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and growth:
• 401(k)
• Dental insurance
• Flexible schedule
• Health insurance
• Paid time off
• Vision insurance
If you're eager to learn, grow, and end each day knowing you've made an impact - this is the place to be.
