ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and use evidence-based strategies to improve student outcomes. You’ll collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families, provide staff coaching, and track progress through data collection.
