ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and collect data to track progress. You will collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to integrate evidence-based strategies into instruction and IEPs.
