ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support children and young adults in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will implement research-based behavior intervention plans, conduct data-driven observations, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote academic and social success. You will coach staff in evidence-based strategies, contribute to IEP and treatment planning, and maintain clear documentation.
