ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and collect data to monitor progress. You will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families, coach staff in proactive strategies, and contribute to IEPs.
