ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in Educational Services within our Education, Training & E-Learning team. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. You will collect and analyze data, provide staff coaching, and help create supportive, inclusive learning environments.
