ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support children and young adults in educational settings. In this role, you will implement research-based behavior support plans, deliver data-driven interventions, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to improve student outcomes. You will conduct FBAs, help develop BIPs, monitor progress, and provide coaching to staff.
