ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this on-site role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to promote positive behavior and academic success. You will use evidence-based practices, including ABA, to coach staff, support IEP goals, and ensure safe, engaging learning environments.
