ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a dedicated Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to promote positive academic and social outcomes. You will collect and analyze behavioral data, provide staff coaching, and contribute to IEP planning.
