ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students with diverse needs in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. In this on-site role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement behavior intervention plans, and provide direct support in classroom and small-group settings. You will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to promote positive behaviors and academic success.
