ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will implement research-based behavioral interventions, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with teachers, families, and clinicians to help children and young adults reach their full potential. You will model effective behavior strategies, contribute to IEPs, and support crisis prevention in a collaborative, nurturing culture that values innovation, respect, and continuous learning.
