ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will implement research-based behavioral interventions, conduct functional behavior assessments, and collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to improve student outcomes. You will collect and analyze behavioral data, contribute to individualized education and behavior plans, and coach staff on positive behavior support.
