Spectrum Center Schools and Programs seeks a Behavior Specialist to support K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs. In this role, you will implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, and collaborate closely with teachers, clinicians, and families to promote student success. You will coach staff on behavior strategies, provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support, and help create safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environments.
