ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist 1:1 to provide individualized behavioral support to children and young adults in school and community settings. In this role, you’ll implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, collect and track data, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support academic, social, and life skills. You’ll model positive behavior strategies, assist with de-escalation, and maintain accurate documentation while working within a compassionate, mission-driven, and highly collaborative team environment.
