ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support children and young adults in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide direct support in classroom and therapy settings. You will collect and analyze data, collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families, and contribute to IEP and treatment planning.
