ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support children and young adults in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will assess behavior, develop individualized intervention plans, and coach staff and families to promote positive, research-based outcomes in school and clinic settings. You will collect and analyze data, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to IEP implementation.
