ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this on-site role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, implement research-based behavior support plans, and collect data to drive meaningful progress. You will collaborate daily with teachers, therapists, and families, provide coaching on effective strategies, and help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
