ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist to support students in the Education, Training & E-Learning department. In this role, you will assess challenging behaviors, develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to promote positive academic and social outcomes. You will collect and analyze data, coach staff in evidence-based strategies, and contribute to a nurturing, innovative culture dedicated to improving the lives of children and young adults through personalized, research-based interventions.
