As a Behavior Specialist with ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education, you will support children and young adults in educational settings through personalized, research-based behavioral interventions. Working within the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior plans, analyze data, and collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
