ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education is seeking a Behavior Specialist to support students in our Education, Training & E-Learning programs. In this role, you will conduct functional behavior assessments, design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, and apply evidence-based strategies to improve student outcomes. You will collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families, provide staff coaching, and maintain accurate data and documentation.
