ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist 1:1 to provide direct, individualized behavioral support to children and young adults in educational settings. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, collect and track data, and collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families. You will help students build social, communication, and self-regulation skills, reinforce positive behaviors, and maintain a safe, structured environment aligned with each student’s goals and IEPs.
