ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Specialist 1:1 to provide direct one-on-one support to children and young adults with behavioral and learning challenges in school-based settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans using evidence-based ABA strategies, collect and track behavioral data, reinforce positive behaviors, and assist with classroom participation and daily routines. Working closely with teachers, clinicians, and families, you’ll help students build social, communication, and self-regulation skills in a compassionate, student-centered environment while receiving training and mentorship for professional growth.
