ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Interventionist 1:1 to provide direct behavioral support to children and young adults in school and clinical settings. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and record behavioral data, reinforce replacement skills, and collaborate closely with BCBA supervisors, teachers, and families. You will support students in classrooms and community settings, help manage challenging behaviors safely, follow evidence-based practices, participate in team meetings, and receive ongoing training and coaching for professional growth.
