ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education seeks a Behavior Interventionist 1:1 to provide direct behavioral support to children and young adults in school and community settings. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collect and record data, support social and communication skill development, and reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based practices. You’ll collaborate closely with BCBAs, teachers, and families, receive training and supervision, and contribute to a compassionate, mission-driven team focused on improving academic, social, and life outcomes.
