Behavior Coach/Interventionist

Supporting students with behavioral and emotional disabilities in a school setting. Works on a 36-week contract in Surprise, Arizona, providing individualized behavior plans and coaching. Earns up to $42 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral coaching and intervention services to students in a school setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive behaviors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions.
• Ensure compliance with all certification, licensing, and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Applied Behavior Analysis, or Bachelor's in educational/special education with five years of experience working with students with behavioral and emotional disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and Arizona Identity Verified Prints.
• Fingerprint clearance card and Social Security card.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in behavioral or educational settings with students with behavioral and emotional disabilities.
• Excellent soft skills and physical ability to work with students.
• Background checks required.
