Behavior Analyst Supervisor (Full-Time)

Role:

Behavioral Health Supervisor specializing as a BCBA, LaBA, or BCaBA, responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior change plans, and monitoring treatment progress.

Responsibilities

• Perform behavioral assessments and identify appropriate goals and intervention techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized behavior change plans for diverse clients.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and progress.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
• Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current BCaBA, LABA, or BCBA certification/license (or ability to apply).
• Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to applied behavioral analysis.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.

Key Duties:

Lead behavioral assessments, create individualized plans, monitor client progress, collaborate with stakeholders, and supervise Behavior Technicians.
