Role:
Behavioral Health Supervisor specializing as a BCBA, LaBA, or BCaBA, responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior change plans, and monitoring treatment progress.
Responsibilities
- Perform behavioral assessments and identify appropriate goals and intervention techniques.
- Develop and implement personalized behavior change plans for diverse clients.
- Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness and progress.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with families, caregivers, and school staff.
- Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current BCaBA, LABA, or BCBA certification/license (or ability to apply).
- Passion for working with children with special needs and commitment to applied behavioral analysis.
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
