Exciting Opportunity for Behavior Analysts to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in Greater Orlando!

What We’re Looking For

- A committed Behavior Analyst ready to develop, implement, and adjust behavioral plans and interventions.

- A team player eager to work as part of an interdisciplinary team and in close collaboration with our Clinical Director.

- Someone passionate about contributing to the well-being and development of adults with intellectual disabilities.

Location: Services are to be provided within the community-based day program and residential settings in Greater Orlando and Lake County Areas.

Salary: Up to $95,000 salary plus full benefits.

BCBAs are eligible for performance bonuses Monthly/quarterly to for a salary and performance bonuses up to $95,000 Annually.

Requirements: The ideal candidates will possess current credentials as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with a minimum of 3 year experience post BCBA certification working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism ad other developmental disabilities.
