Position Summary:
The Behavior Analyst is responsible for independently managing a caseload of 9 to 20 clients, scheduling and performing assessments and client visits, creating clinically necessary documents, and other responsibilities as necessitated by the Individual Plan of Service (IPOS) and behavior plan. This role requires a high level of independence and professional expertise to ensure quality care and compliance with all relevant regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
* Independently manage a caseload of 9 to 20 clients.
* Independently schedule and perform assessments and client visits.
* Create clinically necessary documents and reports.
* Ensure compliance with IPOS and behavior plans.
* Engage with stakeholders to obtain clinically relevant information.
* Perform data analysis and make recommendations based on clinical data.
* Develop and maintain materials for the delivery of services.
* Draft and implement protocols to support the delivery of services.
* Perform all duties in compliance with HIPAA and other applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
* Ensure compliance with all CMH policies and procedures.
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
* Master's degree in a related field.
* Certification and licensure as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
* Experience in managing clinical cases independently.
* Fluent with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
* Knowledge of and/or experience in the treatment of aberrant behaviors preferred.
* Knowledge of Google Workspace preferred.
* Ability to pass a background check.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Must have a valid driver's license and be able to use a personal vehicle for company purposes, subject to liability carrier's verification.
* Employer will provide a Chromebook and/or laptop computer. Employees are responsible for ensuring that they have a workspace with sufficient privacy and amenities to complete the work as required.
* Flexibility in schedule, with availability at least 30 hours per week during business hours (Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm).
