In this role, you will:Responsibilities Include:Conduct functional behavior assessments and identify goals tailored to each youthDevelop, implement, and revise individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Create behavior measurement systems to track progress and guide treatment decisionsProvide direct assessment and treatment for enrolled youth across settings (home, school, community)Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent implementation and positive outcomesWhat You'll Need:Master's Degree in a mental health or related field (required)Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis (required)BCBA/LABA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and best practicesValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record (required)We Hire for HEART!Since 1938, BHN has delivered high-quality, culturally responsive behavioral health care across Western Massachusetts.
