Behavior Analyst - Board Certified (NE)

The
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
is responsible for applying
evidence-based assessments and interventions
to support individuals with
Autism Spectrum Disorders
. They collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and families to develop and implement
behavior support and skill acquisition plans
, including conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), designing treatment plans, and training staff and caregivers. The role involves providing
clinical supervision, data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation
to ensure high-quality, compliant services.
Qualified candidates must hold
current BACB certification, a relevant master’s degree, and licensure in a mental health discipline
. They should have
at least two years of post-master’s experience with children/adolescents, including conducting FBAs and developing behavior plans
. Essential skills include
excellent communication, supervision, problem-solving, and cultural competence
. Physical ability to travel, lift, and work in diverse environments is required. The position demands
